Program/GRCA Liaison
Lynn Heidinger is the liaison between the Nestle Purina Pet Care Company and the Golden Retriever Club of America. Lynn is a long-time GRCA member, Golden fancier and top-flight obedience competitor. Lynn is available to answer any questions concerning the Purina Parent Club Partnership and how you can participate and contribute to the ongoing efforts to improve the health and well-being of our beloved Goldens.
Lynn can help you sign up for the Purina Pro Club and answer any questions you might have about how the program works and how it benefits the GRCA. Remember, the more people that enroll in the Purina Pro Club, declare for Goldens and submit their weight circles, the larger the donation from Purina for research, education and rescue efforts. In addition, the AKC Canine Health Foundation will match the funds that go to the GRCA donor-advised fund up to 100%! In 2004, the PPCP program generated $11,815.86 for GRCA and that figure could be much higher if everyone who is a member of Pro Club and declared for Golden Retrievers would submit their weight circles.
Amount earned through pro Club redemption for GRCA January 1-June 30, 2005: $7, 177.10
Lynn is also available to provide information about Purina’s complete line of dog food and will answer any questions about the various formulas and how your Golden Retriever’s quality of life can be enhanced by maintaining optimal weight and improving coat condition, stamina and endurance through changing life stages and activity levels.
